Having recently retired from a 35 year-long career in the corporate world, I have established 49 Parks Ltd to offer personal consulting services to companies seeking help and guidance on those matters which I have gained expertise over the years. A brief resume? I graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management. I then set off on a journey which led me through the contracting sector (working for some of the UK's largest Construction Companies) into commercial and technical sales roles. I gained a name particularly in the specialist field of Multi Story Car Park Refurbishment and Protection both in the UK and USA working on major New and Refurbishment Parking Projects.
Finally I found my way into general corporate management managing multiple companies and spearheading projects around such things as CapEx, Strategic Planning, Corporate Compliance, Acquisitions/Disposals and Financial Planning and Reporting within a Fortune 500 international construction focussed corporation.
